Scribelate provides AI-powered transcription and translation services supporting 60 languages. Our service is available through:

• Web application accessible via modern browsers
• Mobile applications for iOS and Android devices

User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
• Use the service for any automated or bulk processing without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass any security measures

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of audio files you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your files for transcription purposes.

While we strive for high accuracy in our transcriptions (99%+ in optimal conditions), we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. Transcription quality may vary based on:

• Background noise and interference
• Speaker accents and pronunciation
• Technical terminology and jargon

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall XPRO d.o.o., its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
